Location

The Valamar Tamaris Resort - Tamaris Villas is situated on the Lanterna peninsula, approximately 13 km from Porec. During the summer season, daily bus and boat connections to the town of Porec are available. The sea, featuring pebble, rocky, and sandy beaches as well as bathing plateaus (sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee), is approximately 100 m away.

Facilities

The resort features 313 rooms spread across four floors with two elevators in the main building, as well as 108 suites and villas in the annexes Casa Agava, Casa Palma, and Tamaris Villas. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a hotel restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant by the beach (June–September), Istrian Tavern (June–September), and pool and lobby bars each with a terrace. The freshwater swimming pool features water effects and a waterslide; sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, and showers are included here. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge.

Villa 2 Bedrooms Sea Side

The villas are located in the Tamaris Villas annex and feature 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa, as well as 2 bathrooms (1x with a bathtub and 1x with a shower). They are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a mini-fridge (refilling available for a fee and upon request), a kitchenette with an electric kettle, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a terrace or balcony. Bed linen and towels are included (V2).

Villa Sea Side Terrace

The villas are approx. 55 m² and feature a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge (refilling for a fee and upon request), wardrobe, kitchen with an electric kettle, cookware and dining utensils, microwave and dishwasher, and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are included (V2M).
Also available for an extra charge with 2 bedrooms and a balcony or terrace (2MV).

Children's pool, playground, cinema, and a separate playroom from June 1st to September 15th. From June 15th to September 1st, Maro Club for different age groups:
Maro Baby (0-3 years): Lounge zone for relaxing with parents and Maro Baby Room.
Maro Club (3-7 years and 7-12 years): Children's room with various activities and entertainment programs. The Maro Club is open for 4 hours per day, and 6 hours in high season.
Teen (12+ years): Teen open-air zone, video games, sports activities (beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton, etc.), and evening programs such as beach parties, disco, or cinema nights. Go-karting or paintball are offered for a fee and only with parents present.
