Location

The Girandella Valamar Collection Resort consists of 4 hotels: the Girandella Maro Suites, Girandella Family, Girandella Villas, and Girandella designed for Adults. The resort is surrounded by a pine forest and stretches along the most beautiful pebble beaches on the east coast of Istria. The city center is approx. 1.5 km away, and Pula Airport is approx. 47 km away.

Facilities

Girandella designed for Adults
The area designed exclusively for adults (aged 16 and over) features 75 rooms and 31 suites spread over several floors, including an elevator. Amenities of the separate Adults Only area include the "Rebelle" buffet restaurant (champagne breakfast and brunch from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with a beautiful outdoor terrace, as well as the infinity outdoor pool.
Girandella Maro Suites
The hotel has 149 rooms spread over several floors with an elevator. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange, Wi-Fi included, a hair salon, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge at the hotel's respective beaches and are available for a fee at public beaches. Towels are available for a deposit.
Girandella Family
The hotel has 94 rooms spread over 4 floors with an elevator. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange, Wi-Fi included, a hair salon, a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the hotel's private beach and are available for a fee at public beaches (subject to availability).
Girandella Villas
The Girandella Villas offer you luxurious rooms and suites with spectacular sea views and access to the charming coastal town of Rabac in Istria. Amenities of this hotel include reserved sun loungers and parasols at the infinity pool and access to the "Momenti" premium buffet restaurant. A first-class concierge service completes your seaside holiday.

Superior Double Room Adults Only

The modern rooms are located in the Girandella designed for Adults and are approx. 17-26 m² in size. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, minibar, double bed (200 x 200), and a balcony with park views (DSU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Adults Only

With the same features as the Superior Double Room (approx. 17-22.50 m²), these rooms include a bathroom with a double shower, as well as a balcony and sea views (DMU).

Junior Suite Adults Only

The Junior Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults. With the same equipment as the Superior Double Rooms, they are larger (approx. 29-33 m²) and feature an additional, visually separated living room with a sofa and a second LCD satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with a double shower, balcony, and park views (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View Adults Only

With the same features as the Junior Suite (approx. 29-36 m²), these also include a bathroom with a double shower, as well as a balcony and sea views (J2M).
Also available for an extra charge with V-Level Service (JMA).
V-Level Service includes:
- Breakfast in the Momenti Buffet Restaurant from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Access to a separate pool and reserved sun loungers at the V-Level Beach
- Nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of water in the room
- A selection of pillows
- Bathrobe/slippers and beach set (towels, flip-flops, beach bag)

Premium Suite Adults Only

The Premium Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults and offer approx. 29 m² of space. Additional amenities include a shower/WC, a small terrace with seating, and a hydro-massage bathtub in the room (RE2).

Maro Suite

The suites are located in the Girandella Maro Suites and offer approx. 38 m² of space. They feature a minibar, LCD TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, seating area, a sleeping area for a child separated by a sliding door, and a balcony with park views (S2).

Maro Family Suite

Similar to the Maro Suites, these offer a bathtub and a shower/WC, and feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with bunk beds (SF2). Also available with sea view for an extra charge (SFM).

Maro Superior Suite

The Superior Suite is approx. 39 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, and a separate children's room with two additional sleeping options. Further equipment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, two sinks (one child-friendly), a step stool, and a changing table. The WC is separate from the bathroom. 2 LCD TVs, air conditioning, hairdryer, and a coffee set round off the offer. For child safety, electrical socket covers and a baby monitor are provided. The Superior Suite also features a balcony (SU2).

Maro Suite Sea View

Slightly larger than the Family Suite (approx. 51 m²), and with the same equipment and minimum occupancy as the Superior Family Suite Sea View, these consist of two bathrooms: one with a child-friendly bathtub and stool, and one with a shower. Furthermore, the suite has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, an open living room with a sofa bed, and an additional terrace with sea views (SM).

Family Superior Double Room

These rooms are located in the Girandella Family (approx. 18 m²) and feature a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (fee applies), pull-out armchair, balcony, and park views (DAS). Optionally bookable for 3 people (DSB, with additional sofa bed) or with sea views (DSM).

Family Room

These rooms are approx. 29 m² and, with otherwise similar equipment to the Family Superior Double Room, feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with two sofa beds (DF2). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room with Separate Bedroom

These rooms offer more space with approx. 42 m², two bathrooms, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony with park views (DFS). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (FM2).

Family Suite

The Family Suites (approx. 36-39 m²) offer you two LCD TVs, air conditioning, minibar (fee applies), bathroom, and a visually separated sleeping area with two sofa beds. The Family Suites feature a balcony or terrace with park views (2FS). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (2FM).

Gourmet breakfast experience in buffet form.

Half Board (Villas)

Gourmet breakfast in the "Momenti" buffet restaurant until 11:00 AM. Dinner includes a selection of menus.

Half Board Plus (Family)

Gourmet breakfast experience and dinner with show cooking, both in buffet form at the Marblu Restaurant. A huge selection of local and international cuisine. Coffee/tea, juices, and water are included during meals, as well as a selection of local wine and beer from the beverage dispenser at dinner.

Breakfast Adults Only

Champagne breakfast and brunch at the Rebelle Restaurant from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM with buffet theme stations such as yogurt and salad bars, egg specialties, live cooking, and freshly prepared delicacies.

All Inclusive

AI Maro Suites

Rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form with Mediterranean and international specialties and show cooking at the Maro Premium buffet restaurant. Admission is exclusively for guests of the Maro Suites. Snacks at the pool and beach in the afternoons, as well as various local non-alcoholic drinks, and local beer and wine from the beverage station during dinner, are included. At the lobby bar "Ria" in the Maro Suites, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee from the machine, and tea are included.

Sports for a fee

Girandella Family:
Tennis courts, tennis equipment, adventure minigolf, bicycle tours, bicycle rental, water sports opportunities through third-party providers on the beach.
