Location

The Istrian Villas complex is located on a peninsula directly by the sea, just about 2 km from the city center of Umag with its historic 10th-century buildings, such as the drawbridge, and its shopping opportunities. The ATP tennis stadium can be reached in just a few minutes' walk.

The hotel has a total of 180 villas. Facilities include a lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant, three à-la-carte restaurants, a pizzeria, and bars. Further facilities include the Exclusive Lounge Bar, the Chillout Complex consisting of an indoor pool, bar, and hot tub with a terrace, an outdoor pool with complimentary sun loungers, an internet corner, and a few small shops. Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the complex free of charge.

Accommodation

Superior Villa

The Superior Villas (approx. 43 m²) were completely renovated and modernized in 2022. In addition to a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, the villas feature a bathroom, hairdryer, Smart TV, safe, air conditioning, and a 17 m² terrace with a gas grill and garden furniture. The kitchens are equipped with exclusive accessories such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, minibar, cocktail bar, and an elegant wine cabinet. (VSU).

Villa Superior 2 Bedrooms

With the same features as the Superior Villas and also completely renovated, these villas have two bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x twin beds) and an additional living area, as well as two bathrooms, and measure approx. 60 m² (V2U).
