Location

Hotel Villa Verica is located in the most attractive part of this town at the foot of the Biokovo mountain, directly on the beach, 200m from the center of Baska Voda and next to the Milenij Aparthotel. A bus stop (approx. 250m away) provides mobility.

Facilities

The villa has 8 apartments and 12 studios, a reception, air conditioning and parking (for a fee).
Guests can use all the facilities of the neighboring Milenij Aparthotel: à la carte restaurant, pizzeria, aperitif bar, beach bar, outdoor pool, mini fitness, sauna, whirlpool, internet café, safe, fax, luggage storage and underground parking.

Apartment

The apartments (AP) are approx. 43 sqm and have bedrooms, shower/WC, kitchen (kettle, microwave, hob with 4 burners, fridge, extractor hood), satellite TV, telephone, radio with alarm clock, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, bed (180x200cm). Optionally also bookable with sea view (2AM).

Apartment Sea Side

The apartments (A2M) offer similar amenities to the apartments, are located on the sea side and have two bedrooms. They are slightly larger at approx. 54 sqm.

Studio

The studios approx. 18 sqm have a kitchen (kettle, microwave, hob with 4 burners, fridge), bed (180x200), additional sleeping options, shower/WC, safe, satellite TV, radio, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, bed (140x200cm) and a balcony overlooking the park (S12). Also bookable on the sea side (ASM) for an extra charge.

Studio Sea View

With otherwise similar amenities to the studios, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 30 sqm, located on the 4th floor and offer a balcony with a sea view (SM2).
