The modern Hvar PLACES Hotel by Valamar is particularly popular with beach holidaymakers and families and is located approx. 50 m from Helios Beach, a pebble beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee. The tourist center is approx. 1 km away, where you will find more shops and eateries. The nearest larger town of Hvar is approx. 24 km away (Split approx. 25 km, Dubrovnik approx. 200 km). Shopping facilities are approx. 2 km from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached in approx. 800 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are around 1 km away. The following sights are accessible from the hotel: Old villa Tvrdalj (approx. 2 km), Stari grad Field (UNESCO) (approx. 2 km) and Hvar Old Town (approx. 25 km). In addition to car rental, a taxi stand (approx. 100 m) is available for mobility during your holiday. A hospital is located about 25 km away for emergency medical care. The airport (SPU) is approx. 75 km away. A shuttle service runs between the hotel and the airport (possibly for a fee). Another airport (ZAD) is located about 195 km away.

The design hotel, last completely renovated in 2020, consists of a main building and 2 outbuildings and offers a total of 179 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m.), a lobby with a bar, an elevator, air conditioning, parking (free of charge), a security entry system, and a currency exchange facility. A restaurant caters to your culinary needs. We look forward to welcoming you to the two bars in the hotel.
