Location

Molum is not just a destination, but a unique journey in itself; it is a seamless blend of the ancient and the modern. The stylish and tastefully designed 5-star hotel is wonderfully located in Filip i Jakov. The distance to the beach of Filip i Jakov is approx. 200m and the tourist center can be reached after approx. 400m. The beautiful city of Zadar is always worth a day trip and is approx. 27 km away from the hotel. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 500m from the hotel, and the nearest supermarket can be reached after approx. 200m. For hotel guests who like to take a day trip by bus, the nearest bus stop can be reached after approx. 200m. The nearest airport (ZAD) is approx. 25 km from the hotel.

Facilities

This new luxury resort opened in 2024 and offers its guests a peaceful sanctuary combined with the adventurous spirit of the open sea. The hotel is equipped with 120 rooms, which are designed in a modern Mediterranean style and furnished with carefully selected furniture. The guest rooms are spread across a main building and 6 annex buildings. A restaurant (air-conditioned) caters to the culinary needs of the hotel guests, and the hotel bar provides refreshing drinks in a convivial atmosphere. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and the friendly staff are happy to help with any questions. In the outdoor area of the hotel, there are 3 freshwater pools that offer welcome refreshment on warm summer days.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior offer comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The rooms have a size of approx. 26m² and feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony (DSU). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (DMU).

Double Room Superior Type A

The Double Rooms Superior are harmoniously furnished and have a size of approx. 35 m². The Superior Double Rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. All Double Rooms Superior Type A are on the first or second floor and have a balcony equipped with seating. They are equipped with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer, and in addition to modern technology, they have a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (DAS).

Double Room Superior Type B

The Double Rooms Superior Type B offer a spacious terrace with direct access to a private garden. All Double Rooms Superior Type B are on the ground floor with a garden and feature a terrace equipped with seating. They are equipped with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer, and in addition to modern technology, they have a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (DSB).

Family Suite Superior

This family-friendly and tastefully designed suite is ideal for relaxation and has a size of approx. 50m². This spacious accommodation consists of two rooms: one with a king-size bed for adults and the other with a comfortable sofa bed for a child. All suites are equipped with a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer, and in addition to modern technology, they have a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (2FF). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (2FU).

Duplex

The Duplex residence spans two levels, with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. Each unit features either a charming terrace or private garden access (approx. 55 m², DU2).

Residence

The spacious Premium Residence offers 68-84 m² of space and is equipped with two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a balcony (RES).

Residence Garden

With a similar size to the Residence rooms, these offer two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with access to a private garden (SA).
