The hotel is centrally located, right on the beach promenade and a small pebble beach. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there are sights, shops, and supermarkets. Valletta airport is approximately 45 km away, and Malta is easily accessible by ferry.

The beach hotel has a total of 64 rooms spread over 5 floors.
