Location

The complex is nestled on the stunning Montenegrin coast on the Luštica Peninsula, just about 16 km from Tivat and 15 km from the historic old town of Kotor. In Luštica Bay, there are various restaurants and bars, supermarkets, a beauty salon, a kids' club, a bakery, medical services, a post office, a bank, a dry cleaner, a fitness center, and some shops – these amenities can be used by guests of the complex (for a fee). The hotel is divided into two areas: "Marina Village" and "Centrale". The "Marina" area offers sometimes breathtaking sea views and a lively atmosphere by the water, while the "Centrale" area offers a dynamic mix of residential and commercial complexes with bustling streets, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and a piazza. The Luštica Bay beaches are just a few minutes' drive away, and seasonally, a free boat shuttle to Almara, Pecka, and Azzure beaches is also offered. Free sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests at "The Chedi" and "Marina" beaches. Tivat Airport is approx. 13 km away, Dubrovnik approx. 63 km, and Podgorica approx. 92 km.

The complex is designed like its own city, much like Luštica Bay itself. It offers a total of 300 residential units. Within the complex, there is free Wi-Fi, car rental, outdoor pools (in certain areas/limited access), entertainment options, a buggy shuttle within the Marina area, and a van shuttle between the Marina and Centrale areas. For culinary delights, within Luštica Bay, there are approximately 15 diverse restaurants with different cuisines and bars (for a fee/see photos). Alternatively, guests have the option to use the restaurants and bars at the "The Chedi Luštica Bay" hotel, where they receive a 10% discount on à la carte offerings.

The studio apartments in the Centrale area are approx. 35-45 sqm and feature a sleeping area, a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with land view, air conditioning (centrally controlled), and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

The 1-bedroom apartments in the Centrale area are approx. 48-71 sqm and feature a bedroom as well as a separate living area. Otherwise, the amenities are the same as the Studio Apartments Centrale, except for the air conditioning.

2-Bedroom Apartment Centrale

The 2-bedroom apartments in the Centrale area are approx. 72-95 sqm and feature two bedrooms as well as a separate living room. Otherwise, the amenities are the same as the Studio Apartments Centrale.

The studio apartments in the Marina area are approx. 30-52 sqm and feature a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with pool/harbor view, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

1-Bedroom Apartment Marina

The 1-bedroom apartments in the Marina area are approx. 54-95 sqm and feature a bedroom as well as a separate living room and air conditioning (centrally controlled). Otherwise, the amenities are the same as the Studio Apartments Marina. The view here can be towards the land or the pool/harbor.
