Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Risan, one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast, overlooking the breathtaking UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor. The quiet town of Risan is situated at the northern tip of the Boka Bay and is one of Montenegro's most historically valuable places with many impressive sights. Tivat Airport is only approx. 25 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport can be reached in approx. 50 km. Podgorica Airport is approx. 100 km away. Furthermore, the private, spacious sandy beach Mareta is just a few steps from the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel, expected to open in Summer 2026, belongs to the renowned hotel chain Accor/Mövenpick and offers a total of 151 modernly styled accommodation units - including 85 rooms and 66 suites. Further facilities include the à la carte restaurant Spilla Terra with Mediterranean and international cuisine, the lobby bar Rhizon Biblioteca Bar with homemade cocktails and a good selection of books, and the Vitamin Bar for healthy options. There is also a spacious spa area with indoor and outdoor pools, various saunas, and options for relaxing treatments for a fee. Just a few steps from the hotel is Mareta - the 3,000 m² private sandy beach with an infinity pool, a beach club, sun loungers, and two beach bars and a beach restaurant.

The Double Rooms are approx. 37-39 m² and feature a king-size bed or two twin beds, a minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, desk, and a seating area with sofa/armchair. All but a few units have a balcony. Also available with sea view.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms are approx. 49-64 m² and feature a king-size bed and a balcony. Otherwise, the same amenities as the Double Rooms. For a 3-person occupancy, the child sleeps in an extra bed or sofa bed.

Apartment (1 Bedroom)

The apartments are approx. 51-88 m² and are equipped with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a balcony. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, air conditioning, desk, and a seating area with sofa/armchair. Available with sea view.
