The hotel is located in Becici on a private beach. The old town of Budva with its restaurants and nightclubs is approx. 2 km away.

Facilities

The renovated hotel has 228 rooms. Facilities include two restaurants, three bars, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and a sauna. Wi-Fi is included. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pool and private beach.

The Double Rooms Plus (D2X), last renovated in 2025, are approx. 22 m² in size and are equipped with a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, Wi-Fi, and a French balcony. Double room for single use (D1X).

Double Room Superior Side Sea View

The spacious Superior Double Rooms (D2S) are approx. 27 m² in size and are located on the second to sixth floors of the new block (built in 2022).
They feature a balcony, side sea view, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, wardrobe, WC/shower, hairdryer, double bed or two separate single beds, and a sofa bed for children. Also bookable for single use (1SD).

Double Room Superior (TIVA11)

With otherwise similar facilities to the Superior Sea Side rooms, these offer a balcony with a garden view (DSU). The rooms are located on the first and second floors of the building constructed in 2022.
