Location

Your holiday residence is located directly on the hotel's own sandy/pebbly beach, on the outskirts of Budva. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away, and a fine pebbly/sandy beach is located approx. 300 m away. Tivat Airport is approx. 20 km away and Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The hotel has a total of 303 rooms. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby, reception with seating areas, lift, restaurant, cafe, cocktail bar, beach bar, and Wi-Fi (included). Outside, there is a freshwater swimming pool (June – September) with a separate children's pool – both are separated from the indoor pool only by a glass door. The use of sun loungers, parasols, and towels is included at the pool and beach.

Double room

The double rooms feature bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning (seasonal), and a furnished balcony. Rooms with partial sea view can also be booked for an additional charge.
(additionally bookable under TIVA07 with sea side view (DY2/D1Y) or with single/child occupancy (D1K)).

Double room Superior

With similar equipment to the double rooms, the superior double rooms are more spacious and consist of a bedroom, a living area, and a bath/shower/WC. Rooms facing the sea or rooms for single occupancy can also be booked for an additional charge.

Single room

Double room for single occupancy. Partial sea view can be booked for an additional charge.

Super saver room

Same equipment as the double rooms, but with limited availability and not in a preferred location.

Standard Villa

With the same features as the double rooms, the standard villas are approx. 48m² in size and feature a maisonette style with a living room with a sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. Most rooms have a direct sea view, some have a partial sea view.

Family Villa

With the same features as the double rooms, the family villas have a living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. Most rooms have a direct sea view, some have a partial sea view.

Double room Superior Type A (TIVA07)

Equivalent to the Superior double rooms, but with a view of the Old Town (DAS).
