Location

The sand/pebble beach is about 200m away and separated by a road. The nearest bus stop is about 100m away. Tivat Airport is about 25km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built in 2022, has a main building with 64 rooms. Facilities include a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant, lobby and pool bar, as well as an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the hotel. Sun loungers with mattresses on the terrace are free of charge, but their use is only permitted when the jacuzzi is not in use. Bath towels are also included.

Superior Double Room

The rooms (approx. 25 sqm) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony (DSU). Also bookable as a single room for single occupancy (DSE).

Apartment

The apartments are slightly larger (approx. 29 sqm), have an additional bedroom, and otherwise have the same amenities (A12).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite consists of one room with a size of approx. 35 sqm and otherwise has the same amenities as the Superior Double Room (JS2).

Superior Economy Room Annex

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) have the same amenities as the other double rooms and are located in the annex building (SSZ). Also bookable as a single room for single occupancy (SSE).

Superior Deluxe Economy Room

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) are located in the annex building with the same amenities as the other economy rooms and also offer sea views (SSM). Also bookable as a single room for single occupancy (SEM).

Family Room Annex (TIVA21)

The family rooms in the annex building (Block B) are equipped with tiled floors, a kettle (free), minibar (for a fee), internet (free), safe (free) and flat-screen cable TV, as well as individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Towels are changed daily free of charge. The bathroom has a bath or shower with WC (A2F).
