This beautiful holiday home is located approximately 850 m from the sandy beach. A bus stop is located about 50 m away. Tivat Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Double room

The approx. 23 m² rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee and tea setup, safe, and balcony (D).

Super saver room

Features the same amenities as the double rooms, is approx. 22 m² in size, may be in a less preferred location, and does not have a balcony (SSZ). Also bookable as DZ=EZ for single use (SSE).

Junior suite

The junior suite is larger (approx. 32 m²) and has the same amenities as the double rooms (JS2).

Suite Deluxe (TIVA25)

The modern studios (approx. 42-49 m²) feature a combined living and sleeping area with a double or king-size bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi, safe, and flatscreen TV. They also include a balcony, centrally controlled air conditioning, and individually adjustable heating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels are changed daily, and bed linen is changed twice a week (S2D).
