Facilities

Built in 2018, the hotel consists of two buildings with a total of 114 rooms. The modern hotel features four elevators, a swimming pool, indoor pool, a bar, as well as a buffet and an à la carte restaurant. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.

Double room without balcony

The modernly furnished double room (approx. 21-23 m²) features two single beds or one double bed, a shower/WC, bidet, slippers and bathrobe, hairdryer, telephone, flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar, kettle, and Wi-Fi. DR=SR for sole use.

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms are slightly larger, 22-28 m², and also feature two single beds or one double bed, with the same facilities as the double rooms, but with a balcony.

Double room Premium

The Premium double rooms are approx. 40 m² in size, equipped with a king-size bed and have a sea view. Otherwise, same facilities as the Superior double rooms.

Double room Deluxe sea view

The Deluxe sea view double rooms are equipped like the Superior double rooms, with a double bed, queen-size bed or twin beds, are approx. 27-35 m² in size and have a sea view. DR=SR for sole use.

Junior suite

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, the Junior suite features a queen-size bed or two single beds and a pull-out sofa. The size of the room is approx. 42 m².
For an additional charge, the Junior suite can also be booked with a sea view, approx. 45 m², which is equipped with a double/or king-size bed and a sofa bed.

Double room without balcony (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms, these are without a balcony (DO/D1K).

Double room Level sea view (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms, these offer more space at approx. 40 m² and, thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from your bed (DA).

Double room Premium (TIVA13)

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a queen/king-size bed, double bed or single bed, capsule coffee machine, kettle, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet, safe, and flatscreen satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from March to December) and centrally controlled heating (from March to May). The bathroom features a shower/WC (approx. 40 m², PDZ).

Double room Superior (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar facilities, these can vary in size (DSU).
