Location

The hotel is situated directly on a beautiful bay on the Bar Riviera, in Sutomore and only approx. 9 km from the beautiful old town of Bar. Budva, one of the most popular places in Montenegro, is only approx. 39 km from Bar. Podgorica Airport is reached in approx. 45 km and Tivat Airport in approx. 57 km. A small beach section with fine gravel/sand beach is located directly in front of the hotel.

The brand new Iberostar Selection Montenegro has a total of 292 accommodation units with sea views, including junior suites and suites in the main building as well as villa suites, some of which feature private pools or sharing pools. It also offers an indoor (heated) and an outdoor pool, a 3,700 m² fitness and spa area as well as quiet and relaxed pool and beach areas with waiter service. The various restaurants and bars always offer fresh, healthy and homemade products—from fresh local seafood to international cuisine. In addition to the main buffet restaurant "Lumen", there is the Italian restaurant "L'Oliveto" as well as the 24-hour Star Café for drinks and snacks around the clock. From 2027, a grill restaurant for fish and meat is also expected to open. Furthermore, there is a pool bar with "Sotto Zero" for delicious ice cream and from 2027, a beach bar "al Mar Beach Social Lounge" is expected to open directly by the sea with a breathtaking sunset ritual and live music. The hotel also features impressive landscaped gardens and is nestled in pine groves.

Villa Junior Suite Seafront

The Villa Junior Suites Seafront are in a prime location in a quiet, secluded area of the main building and are approx. 40 m² in size. They feature an integrated living area, a balcony, and a sea view. Otherwise, same facilities as the Junior Suite Sea View (BOF). Can also be booked under TIV091I BOF/2CF.

Junior Suite Sea View Premium Terrace

The Junior Suites Sea View Premium Terrace are located in the hotel's main building and are approx. 32-40 m² in size. They are equipped with a combined sleeping and living area (one room) and feature 1 double bed and a sofa bed, a 40 m² terrace with private whirlpool (not heated), as well as a sea view. Otherwise, same facilities as the other rooms (E2J). Can also be booked under TIV091I E2J/ELM. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

The Villa Suites Sea View Deluxe are located in the villas in a quieter position away from the main building and are approx. 80 m² in size. They feature two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, a living area (separated by a door), as well as a terrace/balcony. Otherwise, same facilities as the Junior Suites Sea View (SDM).
