Location

The Bergresort Gerlitzen by ALPS RESORTS is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters directly in the popular Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Carinthian mountains. Nestled in a quiet forest setting, the resort is ideal for a relaxing stay in nature—whether in summer or winter.
The location is also a perfect starting point for numerous activities: the Kanzelbahn cable car is just about 50 meters from the resort and quickly takes you to airy heights or back into the valley. The well-known landmark, the Kanzelhöhe Observatory, a must-visit for stargazers and nature lovers, can be reached in just about 500 meters.
The center of Treffen am Ossiacher See, with shopping options and restaurants, is about 10 km away. For a refreshing change in the summer, we recommend an excursion to the beautiful Ossiacher See, one of Austria's warmest swimming lakes, located approximately 22 km away.

Facilities

The Bergresort impresses not only with its fantastic location but also with its modern and comfortable facilities. The entire resort was completely renovated in 2023 and now presents itself as an inviting holiday destination for those seeking relaxation, families, active vacationers, and nature enthusiasts. There are 94 stylishly designed accommodation units available. The heart of the property is the welcoming lobby with a reception desk. A mini-market is available on-site for small purchases. Especially after an active day in the mountains, the indoor pool and the cozy wellness area with sauna and steam bath invite you to relax. A terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains is also part of the resort's amenities.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The cozy holiday apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The average size is approximately 50m² (A1T).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

The cozy holiday apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and there is a potential double sofa bed in the living room. The average size is approximately 65m² (A22- on request).
