Location

Spend a unique holiday in Flachau. Hotel Montanara (approx. 900 m above sea level) is located about 800 m from the center. Cafes and restaurants are about 100 m away, and the nearest shops are about 400 m from your holiday accommodation. The nearest sight (Eisriesenwelt) is about 20 km away. In your holiday resort, about 2.5 km away, the picturesque Reitecksee lake awaits all water enthusiasts. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool in Radstadt, about 12.5 km away. In Altenmarkt, about 5 km away, the public Therme Amadé offers bathing fun regardless of the weather. Just about 100 m from the hotel, there is an amusement park with a tennis court and a summer toboggan run. In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (free of charge) takes you to the extensive hiking area Griesskareck, located about 50 m away, with a network of hiking trails totaling approx. 370 km in length and the hiking trail "Wasser bewegt". The hiking bus stop is about 300 m away. The Star Jet 1 & 2 cable cars are also about 1 km away. Due to its special location, your holiday resort is perfect for cyclists. On a cycle path approx. 850 m away and with an extensive overall network of cycle paths of about 1500 km, you can let off steam.

The comfortable 4-star Alpine Gourmet Hotel Montanara offers 34 rooms, a welcoming lobby with seating, a reception, a lounge, a terrace, and an e-bike charging station. The spacious non-smoking rooms (DF2, approx. 52 m²) feature cable TV, direct dial telephone, seating area, shower or bathtub, separate WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of two sleeping areas separated by a connecting door, with a double bed and a fold-out bed or 2 fixed single beds respectively.
Also available as type A, for 2 adults and up to 2 children (2FA).

Double Room Single + Child

The spacious non-smoking rooms (D1K, approx. 24 m²) feature cable TV, direct dial telephone, shower or bathtub, separate WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a fixed single bed and a fold-out bed.

Junior Suite

The junior suites, approx. 35-42 m², are equipped with a telephone, bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony. The junior suites offer a double bed and a double sofa bed (JS2) as sleeping arrangements.
