Location

The Residenz Hochalm is located in the popular holiday region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, near the border between Salzburg and Tyrol. Its elevated position offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Hinterglemm's centre, with its culinary offerings and shopping opportunities, is about 3.5 km away. In summer, the Hochalmbahn (approx. 200m) or the Zwölferkogelbahn (approx. 3km) are ideal starting points for the hiking paradise.

Facilities

The lifestyle hotel in traditional alpine style with modern accents offers a total of 50 comfortable rooms, providing a peaceful and familiar atmosphere. Culinary highlights await gourmets in the hotel's own gourmet restaurant, serving traditional and newly interpreted Pinzgau cuisine. Further facilities include a reception, lobby, fireplace/reading room, hotel bar, 2 lifts, lockable bike or drying room for hiking and biking equipment, and a sun or café terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. A small relaxation area with wellness facilities helps to restore body and mind after an active day, ensuring pleasant relaxation.

Double Room "Itüpferl"

The bright and cosily furnished "Itüpferl" rooms with side mountain views offer a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and separate toilet. The room is also equipped with a telephone, cable TV (32-inch flat-screen), radio in the TV, safe, minibar (possibly for a fee), Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace, and a bath bag with sauna towels, slippers, and a bathrobe for adults (included) (approx. 23-26m², D).

Family Room "Mitanand"

The generously designed "Mitanand" family rooms offer more space and, in addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, also have a second sleeping level with a double bed, accessible via an open gallery. Further amenities are similar to the double rooms (approx. 35-40m², DF2).

2-Room Suite "Wohlfühln"

The elegant and newly renovated 2-room "Wohlfühln" suite impresses with a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The living/sleeping area includes a double sofa bed and a seating area. The exclusive bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and shower, as well as a double sink. For a hot drink, there is a Nespresso machine with tabs (initial supply) (approx. 57m², S2).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new levy, the "Mobility Tax".
