Location

The market town of Rauris, popular with families, impresses with its central location, unspoiled natural and mountain landscape, and many romantic spots in the surrounding area. Rauris is also popular for its extensive selection of restaurants and cozy bars. In addition to a wide range of events, your holiday resort offers attractive recreational opportunities. The town is also only a few kilometers away from Salzburg. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape with extensive hikes or by bike or mountain bike. An extensive network of cycle paths and well-marked hiking trails offer the ideal conditions for this. The area can also be explored wonderfully with Nordic walking. Enjoy your holiday with a boat trip.
As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Rauris reveals its winter splendor with its radiant white landscape. Skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing are just some of the activities to enjoy. The snowy landscape can be admired particularly well on a cozy winter hike or a ski tour.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. A hiking area is located directly at the hotel. The Rauris cable car is about 900 meters away. You can be active on a cycle path located directly at the hotel and enjoy the scenery at the same time.

Facilities

The comfortable 4-star Hotel Ferienwelt Kristall offers 65 rooms, a welcoming lobby with seating, a reception, a lounge, and an indoor pool, as well as a beautiful wellness area (approx. 800 m²) with a sauna, stone sauna, whirlpool, and steam bath. For your culinary well-being, a breakfast room, a restaurant, the hotel bar, and the "Kristall Stüberl" lounge are available. For your winter sports equipment, there is a lockable ski and snowboard storage room accessible from the house, as well as a heated ski boot room with a ski boot dryer. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Especially in summer:
A terrace is available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room.

Ski Info:
Ski area Rauriser Hochalmbahnen: Altitude: approx. 950-2,200 m. The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen winter sports area, particularly popular with families, with its wide, perfectly groomed slopes is considered an Eldorado for snowboarders and skiers. It also has a clear piste map with detailed information boards. But it's not just skiers who get their money's worth here; cross-country skiers can also enjoy themselves on approx. 30 km of classic cross-country ski trails. Whether for a hot tea or a cold beer – various huts and après-ski options invite you to stop by and enjoy a drink during and after an extensive day of winter sports. The Snowpark Rauris also promises a lot of fun.
