Located in the popular holiday region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, the Tiroler Buam Hotel offers a suitable base for hiking or skiing holidays in the mountains. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the town center, providing easy access to local amenities, shops, restaurants, and après-ski options. With direct access to the Pinzgau cycle path and a bus stop for the hiking bus right outside the door, the hotel is the perfect starting point for various outdoor activities in the region.
Especially in winter: The nearest ski lift is just a few steps away from the hotel, allowing you to start your day on the slopes stress-free. The Schönleitenbahn cable car takes you up to exciting heights, placing guests right in the middle of the approximately 270 km large "Saalbach Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn" ski circus after a short ride.

Facilities

The total of 29 cozy and modern rooms and 3 apartments invite you to enjoy the surrounding mountains and simply relax. The hotel, under family management, exudes a very special personality and charm, making guests feel right at home. Pure relaxation after an active day is also offered by the wellness area with a sauna and steam bath. For this purpose, a wellness bag with a bathrobe and a yoga mat are provided in all rooms. Culinary delights await you in the restaurant, "Südtiroler Fein Speisen," where guests are treated to the finest South Tyrolean specialties. A highlight is "Mair's Koch Schule," which offers courses for cooking enthusiasts and those who wish to become one. The hotel is a member of the Slow Food association, placing great emphasis on high-quality and regional ingredients.

The rooms "Traditon L," decorated in a rustic wood style with harmonious colors, feature a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet, and also have a balcony (approx. 26m², D).

Double Room Inspiration

The comfortable "Inspiration M" rooms facing the mountain have a shower, toilet, and balcony (approx. 19m², DB). Optionally, they are also available slightly larger as "Inspiration L" and can be booked with a bathtub or shower, a refrigerator, and a seating area (approx. 25m², DA).

Family Loft

The family rooms are ideal for 2-4 people and offer a space on 2 levels, with a refrigerator and a bathroom with a bathtub (approx. 35m², 2FL).

Suite Inspiration Family

The suite, with its bright and simple design, offers plenty of space with 2 rooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a refrigerator (approx. 45m², S2).

Information

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new levy, the "Mobility Levy." The fee will be collected alongside the local tax per night and will be used for the expansion of transportation. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport at their holiday destination. The levy must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
