Location

The Rudolfshütte mountain hotel is located in a fantastic spot in the heart of the Salzburg part of the Hohe Tauern National Park, at an altitude of 2315m, surrounded by glaciers, lakes, and peaks. The area around the hotel is car-free and can be reached by the Weissee-Gletscherwelt cable car in approx. 20 minutes (cable car included for arrival and departure between 9-12 AM and 1-5 PM). The center of Uttendorf is approx. 18 km away (from the valley station of the mountain railway), Uttendorf/Weißsee is centrally located in the National Park Hohe Tauern holiday region, between Kitzbühel and Zell am See/Kaprun. Discover the world of three-thousand-meter peaks! The well-known city of Zell am See is approx. 35 km away (from the valley station of the mountain railways).
Especially in winter: The region offers fantastic ascents into a winter-suitable ski area, and the area around the hotel is particularly well-suited for snow descents.

The accommodation is characterized as a family-friendly 3* mountain hotel with a rustic hut atmosphere and offers a total of 63 rooms. Facilities include a reception area, lounge, panoramic restaurant, self-service à la carte restaurant (open from 10 AM to 4:30 PM), a bar (open from 4 PM), hotel safe (included at reception), mountain cinema, and a drying room for hiking equipment. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double Room Weißsee

The cozy double rooms (D, approx. 17 sqm) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes for adults (included; available at reception), a double bed, and satellite TV.

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms are approx. 18 sqm and equipped with bunk beds (DF2).

Family Room Weißsee

With approx. 21 sqm, these "Weißsee" family rooms offer more space and a double bed as well as a bunk bed (2FA).

Family Room Granatspitz

The "Granatspitz" family rooms are approx. 24 sqm and feature a double bed and bunk beds. They are located in the annex building and are connected to the main building by a heated corridor (2FB).
