Location

The family-run hotel, with attention to detail, is situated in a wonderful, sunny location right on the edge of the forest and the town of Zell am See. The center of Zell am See with shops, restaurants, and cafes is just a short drive away. In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hiking. The Zell am See-Kaprun hiking area is directly accessible from the hotel. The Schmittenhöhebahn cable car is approximately 1.4 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, with its elegant and luxurious ambiance, consists of 3 buildings connected underground. The hotel features a lobby with a reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 10 AM, early check-in on request, late check-out on request), a breakfast room, restaurant, bar, terrace, wine cellar, a lounge, two seminar/conference rooms, and an elevator. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms for all guests.

Double Room Comfort

The cozy rooms, approximately 19-22 sqm, feature a double bed, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a balcony (DKO). Also available as a Double Room Type I with limited availability and special pricing (DI) and for single occupancy (EA).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the Double Room Comfort, these rooms are slightly larger, approximately 24-27 sqm, and additionally feature a sofa and a desk. They also have a balcony (DSU).

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe are approximately 31 sqm and feature a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, TV, minibar (for a fee), a mini safe, and a balcony (DD2).

Junior Suite

The spacious Junior Suites, approximately 41 sqm, feature a large living and sleeping area with a double bed, sofa, desk, minibar (for a fee), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and an anteroom with a mirrored wardrobe, as well as a balcony (JS2).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new levy, the "Mobility Tax". The fee will be collected along with the local tax per overnight stay and will be used for the expansion of public transport.
