Location

The Hotel Waldfrieden, located just 5 km from the Schladming city center, delights guests with its breathtaking panoramic position at 1,100 m above sea level. Here, you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the imposing Dachstein and the picturesque mountain scenery of the Schladminger Tauern. The hotel is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities. In summer, the nearby Hochwurzen lifts offer diverse mountain sports opportunities, and cycling and hiking trails begin right on the doorstep. The Schladming train station is approximately 5 km away, and Salzburg Airport is about 95 km away.

Facilities

The family-run 4-star hotel offers its guests a total of 40 comfortable rooms and suites. In addition to an inviting restaurant and a cozy bar, a spacious lounge is also available. A modern elevator ensures comfortable access to the various floors. Outside, guests can enjoy a well-maintained garden area with a lawn for sunbathing, deck chairs, and parasols – the perfect place to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For those arriving by car, there are parking spaces in front of the hotel as well as a parking garage with a total of 24 spaces (subject to availability).
