Location

Hart in the enchanting Zillertal valley invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday. This traditional town is definitely always worth a visit. Hart boasts a unique location nestled between the Zillertal Alps and the Kitzbühel Alps. For holidaymakers who would like to get to know this special region from its culinary side, a trip to the ErlebnisSennerei Zillertal in Mayrhofen (approx. 23 km away) is recommended.
In winter, the region is particularly suitable for alpine skiers. A free ski bus is available (according to the local timetable). The ski bus stop is located opposite the hotel. A practice lift is available for beginner skiers (approx. 15 km away). The Spieljochbahn cable car in Fügen is about 3 km from the property. Another cable car (in Kaltenbach) in the Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal ski area is about 10 km from the property.

Facilities

The beautiful Gasthof Hamberg is a family-run, traditional establishment where all holidaymakers will feel at home. The inn has a total of 19 comfortably furnished accommodation units, an inviting lobby, and a reception. Guests can indulge in culinary delights in the hotel's own restaurant or in the "Stüberl" (small parlor). An eventful and exciting day of vacation can be brought to a wonderful close at the hotel's own bar. A lockable ski and snowboard storage room with a ski boot dryer is available for winter sports equipment.

Winter:
Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal ski area: altitude: approx. 650-2,100 m. The Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal winter sports area, which is particularly popular with families, is suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels due to its snow-sure high altitude and offers a race track and practice lifts for beginners. When the floodlights are switched on, the slopes can also be skied wonderfully at night. However, it is not just skiers who get their money's worth here, as the area is considered a cross-country skiing paradise with approx. 40 km of classic cross-country trails. After skiing, you can bring an exciting day of winter sports to a close in good company. A toboggan run also promises plenty of fun.
