The Familotel Landgut Furtherwirt is situated in a quiet and idyllic location, far from the hustle and bustle, yet easily accessible. The hotel is located in a valley basin, nestled between Kirchdorf and St. Johann, and offers a breathtaking view of the majestic Kitzbühel Alps. A visual and noise protection wall separates the hotel from the road, ensuring absolute peace and relaxation. The idyllic surroundings at an altitude of approximately 687m invite you to relaxing walks and hikes. The center of Kirchdorf and the St. Johann train station are only about 2 km away and therefore easily accessible. Salzburg International Airport is approx. 60 km away, allowing for quick arrivals from all over the world. This quiet yet well-connected location is the perfect starting point for a varied holiday, whether in summer or winter.
Especially in winter:
Start your cross-country skiing tour directly from the hotel's doorstep. Nordic winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to more than 700 kilometers of free cross-country trails in the Kitzbühel Alps (excluding the Pillerseetal). The Furtherwirt offers ski service for all guests. The hotel guest card offers a lot of mobility, as the bus ticket is included and provides a connection to 8 different ski areas: St. Johann, Oberndorf, Kirchdorf, Erpfendorf, Kitzbühel, Going, Ellmau, and Waidring. Every Friday and Saturday, the mobile ski rental comes to the hotel and offers you the opportunity to rent and return ski equipment for your children on site. The nearest lift is about 2 km away.

Ausstattung

The Familotel Landgut Furtherwirt consists of several interconnected buildings and offers comprehensive facilities for a completely successful family vacation. The hotel has 1 restaurant and 1 bar, providing culinary delights and cozy evenings. For further relaxation, there is a lounge, while the café offers an ideal place to unwind. The spacious garden area with a sunbathing lawn invites you to linger in nature. For the little guests, there is a children's pool, a children's playground, and a children's playroom, which provide plenty of fun and variety. In addition, free childcare and free children's animation are offered, so parents can also enjoy time for themselves. For active guests, there are numerous recreational opportunities, including a bicycle storage room (free of charge) and the option to rent bicycles. The hotel also provides free parking, while a garage can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome for a fee. The elevator and reception ensure additional comfort, as does the free use of sun loungers and sunshades on the terrace.

Family Suite

The spacious and newly renovated family suite (2FS, approx. 50m²) features a living-sleeping area and a separate bedroom. The suite offers 2 bathrooms and a balcony or roof terrace with a view of the quiet courtyard or the farm. It has a connecting door between the two rooms, Wi-Fi, cable TV, room safe, and a telephone. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed.

Family Apartment

This apartment (APF, approx. 60m²) offers a spacious layout with a living-sleeping area and a separate bedroom. There is one bathroom (two available upon request – subject to availability) as well as a balcony or terrace overlooking the meadows or the quiet courtyard. The room is equipped with a seating area, room safe, Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, and hairdryer. It has a connecting door between the rooms.

Single with Child Room

This cozy room is perfect for solo travelers with a child. It features a double room with an additional bed for the child, as well as a terrace or balcony. The room offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, room safe, and a hairdryer.

BIO Family Suite

This BIO Suite (ASF, approx. 70m²) is equipped with solid wood flooring and consists of a living-sleeping area for the parents (partially separated by a visual room divider) and a children's room. The suite offers a modern bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony or terrace overlooking the farm or courtyard, as well as Wi-Fi, cable TV, a sofa, music system, hairdryer, room safe, and telephone.
