Location

The Neuhaus Zillertal Resort combines modern living comfort with the ambiance of yesteryear. With a panorama that inspires and encourages you to conquer peaks – no matter where you look. Regional culinary delights, pure relaxation, and plenty of Tyrolean charm guarantee an incomparably diverse holiday experience. Nestled in the magnificent mountain world of the Zillertal Alps, the hotel is located in the center of the holiday resort of Mayrhofen in the Zillertal valley. Mayrhofen offers a beautiful pedestrian zone with many shops and restaurants. The Europahaus event center is directly adjacent and offers a variety of events.

Facilities

The Zillertal Resort Neuhaus hotel features a 24-hour reception, an elevator, a safe, a lounge, pool and indoor pool, as well as a sun terrace and sunbathing lawn with loungers available for guests. Guests are warmly welcomed in the restaurant and bar. Internet is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Another highlight of the hotel is the newly built 5,800m² bathhouse with a variety of relaxation options, such as the garden spa (for ages 14 and up) with a 25-meter garden pool, the adults-only Himmel Spa, or the panorama event sauna. A water paradise for families with 4 baby and children's pools offers "Seppi's Water Fun."

Accommodation

Double Room

These bright and friendly double rooms (approx. 23m²) offer a cozy atmosphere with light colors and wood accents, featuring a double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, a TV, safe (free of charge), internet, and a balcony or terrace (D). Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DE).

Double Room Type A

The Type A double rooms are slightly more spacious (approx. 30m²) and also feature similar amenities to the standard double rooms, with an additional seating area (DA).

Standard Double Room

The Standard Double Rooms (approx. 23m²) have the same amenities as the standard double rooms (DS).

Comfort Double Room Annex

The Comfort Double Rooms are approximately 32m² and are located in the annex building. The amenities include a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, TV, and a balcony or terrace with mountain views (DKO).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite (approx. 40m²) features a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bath or shower/toilet and hairdryer. The room also includes a minibar, safe, internet, telephone, TV, and a balcony or terrace (JS2).

Suite

The suites (approx. 40m²) feature a separate living and sleeping area and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower or bath/toilet and hairdryer, as well as a balcony or terrace. Otherwise, the rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suites (S2).

Apartment Annex

The apartments are approximately 36m² and are located in the annex building. The amenities include a double bed, telephone, TV, a kitchen with a kitchenette and basic equipment, kettle, coffee machine, bathroom with bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, and a seating area (AP01).

Super Saver Room

These saver rooms, approximately 25m², offer a double bed, safe, shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, and TV, Wi-Fi (SSZ).

Meals

Half Board (Summer)

Rich breakfast buffet (7-10 AM), sweet treats with homemade cakes and classic pastries (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM), and a 5-course gourmet menu with a choice of dishes, salad buffet, and cheese selection from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Half Board Plus (Winter)

Wellness

Relax in 1,500 m² with various saunas, heat and steam baths, Kneipp stream, solarium, and various wellness treatments (such as massages, baths, and much more). A Swiss pine relaxation room with a tiled stove and loungers that perfectly adapt to the body, as well as our small fresh-air garden, make the wellness area of the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort unique.
In addition to the indoor pool of approx. 80 m², you will also find an outdoor pool with a sunbathing lawn.
