The center of Kitzbühel is about 5 km away, and the nearest restaurants and cafes are about 2 km from the hotel. The Hahnenkamm cable car in the KitzSki ski area is about 5 km from the hotel, and the nearest ski bus stop is about 1 km away. Further winter sports opportunities are offered by the Fleckalmbahn (approx. 3.5 km) and the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area (approx. 10 km).
The wonderful nature guarantees unique views of the Wilder Kaiser and the surrounding mountain world, and especially lots of fun for playing! In the region, you will encounter numerous hiking, biking, and ski trails – simply a lot of fun for the whole family!

With warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and diverse leisure activities, the LISI Family Hotel offers everything a family's heart desires. The hotel rooms and suites are lovingly and tastefully designed, providing ample space for both adults and children. The hotel consists of a main building and three additional chalets.
For fun and action within the hotel, there is the 500m² indoor play area "LISI World," as well as a playroom with toys for younger guests, a chill-out zone for teenagers, a rabbit enclosure, and much more. For adult guests, the hotel's 800m² wellness oasis offers a wonderful place to relax while your children can let off steam in one of the hotel's play areas.
The hotel's own restaurant focuses on delicious yet healthy nutrition, combining enjoyment with well-being. The themed buffets and seasonal, as well as culinary highlights, ensure a great deal of variety in dining.

Double Room Superior

The cozily furnished Double Rooms Superior (approx. 30m²) feature a double bed and a double sofa bed or two rollaway beds. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, telephone, small refrigerator, shower or bathtub, separate toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Junior Suite Superior

The cozy Junior Suites Superior (approx. 38m²) have similar furnishings but also include a living area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed (JU2).

Family Suite

The Family Suites (approx. 58m²) have a similar layout but feature two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), as well as a separate living room (2FS).
Note: Dogs are not allowed in the Family Suite.

Family Suite Type A in the Annex Building

The "Themed Suite" Family Suites (ASF, approx. 58m²) are newly designed and located in the adjacent chalet buildings of the hotel. The themed suites consist of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double or two twin beds) and a living area with a double sofa bed.
