Location

Spend a relaxing yet eventful holiday in Seefeld. The DAS Kaltschmid- Familotel Tirol hotel (approx. 1,200 m altitude) is located directly in the center. Cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are located right at the property. You can reach Innsbruck after approx. 26 km. At a distance of approximately 500 m, the picturesquely situated Wildsee lake awaits all water lovers. Approximately 550 m away, the public Olympic swimming pool invites you to enjoy weather-independent bathing fun. Entertaining hours await you at a mini-golf course approx. 250 m away. A tennis court just about 400 m away completes the varied entertainment on offer in the surrounding area.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The extensive Olympiaregion Seefeld hiking area with a hiking trail network totaling approx. 100 km in length is located right at the property. You can reach the Gschwandtkopflift mountain railway after approx. 1.2 km. You can exercise and enjoy the landscape at the same time on a bike path located directly at the property.

Facilities

The DAS Kaltschmid- Familotel Tirol, a 4-star hotel partially renovated in 2014, offers you an inviting lobby with seating and a reception, in addition to a total of 110 accommodation units. The hotel consists of a main building and an annex, which are located directly next to each other.
Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in the à-la-carte restaurant "Am Kurpark", the restaurant, and a traditional parlor (Stüberl). You can end an eventful day of vacation in a convivial atmosphere at the hotel bar or in the public "Britannia Pub" located within the hotel. A terrace is also available for you to relax. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Family apartment

Similar to the three-room apartments, these offer a 2nd bedroom, an extra shower, and a dishwasher in the kitchen (APF).

The apartments are located in the main building (approx. 45 m², AA2) and feature 2 TVs, telephone, radio, dining facilities, bathtub with hand shower and separate WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace. The apartments consist of a bedroom, a living/bedroom, and a kitchen (with stove (4 hotplates)). The living/bedroom has a wall-folding bed and 2 folding beds. A double bed is available in the bedroom.

Suite Type A from Summer 2027

The suite (approx. 45 m², SA) features 2 TVs, telephone, radio, bathtub with hand shower, separate WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed as well as a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed.
