Location

The village of Vent, popular with families, captivates not only with its quiet location but also with its untouched natural and mountain landscape and its many romantic spots in the surrounding area. The charming Vent offers a great escape from everyday life. Furthermore, the enchanting village is only a few kilometers away from Sölden. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape by bike or mountain bike, or on extensive hikes. A vast network of cycle paths and well-marked hiking trails provide the ideal conditions for this. The area can also be explored wonderfully on horseback, with Nordic walking, or downhill on your ride into the valley. Especially in summer, you can combine experiencing nature and sports activities wonderfully in and around Vent by canoeing/kayaking or swimming. Beach volleyball and tennis are also great for staying active. Improve your handicap by golfing.
In winter, the accommodation offers opportunities for extensive winter hikes. The ski slope is approximately 500m from the house. A free ski bus (according to the timetable on site) operates to the ski areas of Vent, Sölden, Obergurgl, and Ötz. The ski bus stop is located about 10m from the accommodation. The Doppelsessellift Wildspitze ski lift in the Vent ski area in the Ötztal is about 500m from the house. Another ski lift (Gaislachkogelbahn) in the Sölden ski area (the Hochgurgelbahn in the Hochgurgel ski area is about 20 km away) is about 17 km from the house. A hiking trail in direct sight of the accommodation invites you to enjoy leisurely winter walks.

The 3-star Hotel Macun offers a total of 19 rooms and suites, which are accessible by elevator, as well as an inviting lobby with seating and a reception (open from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 6 PM). The in-house restaurant "Das Siebzehn" places great importance on a varied and fresh menu, satisfying culinary desires. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet with a large selection of sweet and savory options ensures a successful start to the day. For pure relaxation, the newly renovated spa area with beneficial facilities such as a sauna, whirlpool, or steam bath is available.

Double Room Alpin Herz

The traditionally furnished "Alpin Herz" rooms (DA, approx. 18-28 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a single sofa bed (sofa in the room from Winter 24/25).

Double Room Macun

The "Macun" rooms (DB, approx. 20 sqm) with modern design feature a flat-screen TV, shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed.

Alpsuite

The generously sized, traditionally furnished "Alp Suite" rooms (S2, approx. 38 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, bathtub, toilet, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a living-sleeping area with a double sofa bed.

Small Alpsuite

The traditionally furnished "kleine Alp Suite" rooms (SA, approx. 24 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, bathtub, toilet, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a fold-down bed.

Macun Penthouse Suite (Summer)

The "Macun Penthouse" offers 75 sqm (two bedrooms for 2 people each, a super comfortable sofa bed, a private bathroom with a spacious rain shower, bathtub, and separate toilet, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen). The apartment has a roof terrace and a balcony (2SB).
Note for bookings until 8.7.24: Final cleaning is payable on site. €90 per apartment/stay.

Family Room (Winter)

The traditionally furnished rooms feature a flat-screen TV, shower/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. The rooms consist of two bedrooms with a double bed and 3 fold-down beds (DF2).

Especially in winter: Sölden Ski Area: Located on the Ötztal Glacier, the TOP winter sports area of Sölden with its wide, perfectly groomed slopes extends to a snow-sure altitude and offers deep snow slopes for freeriding, lifts, a race course, practice lifts for beginners, and a magnificent panorama. It also features a clear piste map with detailed information boards and various snowmaking facilities. Whether hot tea or cold beer – various huts and après-ski opportunities invite you for a stop and a convivial drink during and after an extensive day of winter sports. The Area 47 snow park and a toboggan run also promise a lot of fun.
