Location

Spend a sporty, active holiday in Gaschurn. The Posthotel Rössle (altitude approx. 1,000 m) is located directly in the center with cafes and restaurants right next to the hotel. At about 1.5 km away, the picturesque Mountain Beach lake awaits all water lovers looking for a cool down, or after approx. 3.5 km, a public outdoor pool in Partenen.

In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours and is located directly on a hiking area with a hiking bus stop (approx. 50 m away). The Versettla cable car is also reachable after approx. 550 m.

As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Gaschurn shows its winter splendor with snow-capped peaks. Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow golf are just some of the possible activities. The Ochsental glacier is very close by. Look forward to pure skiing fun, cross-country skiing tours in winter landscapes, and extended winter hikes. A free ski bus runs (according to the local timetable). The ski bus stop is about 50 m from the hotel. A practice lift is available for ski beginners (approx. 300 m away). The Versettla cable car is about 550 m from the hotel. A hiking trail in direct view of the accommodation invites you to pleasant winter hikes.

The 4-star Posthotel Rössle offers a total of 60 traditionally furnished rooms and welcomes guests in the reception area with a reception desk. Special features include the wine cellar and an e-bike charging station. Winter:
The TOP winter sports area with its perfectly groomed slopes is considered an Eldorado for all winter sports enthusiasts due to its snow reliability and offers practice lifts for beginners, off-piste slopes for freeriding, and a racecourse. With clear information boards and a detailed piste map, you can always quickly find your way to the next slope. Various restaurants and, of course, après-ski opportunities provide for conviviality off the slopes as well as for warming drinks and snacks in between. A snow park and a toboggan run also promise a lot of fun.
