The Sandy Beach Resort is located directly on the promenade and the fine "Sandy Private Beach". Restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. It is approximately 15 km to Durres and approximately 37 km to Tirana Airport.

The modern hotel complex is surrounded by a pine forest and features 106 rooms across three buildings, each with four floors. In the garden area, you will find the main pool with an integrated children's/baby pool, a relaxation pool, sun loungers, parasols, bath towels, and the Beach Bar. Furthermore, the hotel offers a lobby area with a reception, a communal lounge/TV area, a lobby bar (open 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM), a café, a souvenir shop, a doctor, an elevator, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the entire complex. A main restaurant (buffet) and an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee) cater to your culinary needs. Parking is available subject to availability.

Superior Double Room

These land-side rooms (16-20 m²) are tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, parquet flooring, a desk, a safe, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, a television (satellite TV), a shower/WC, and a hairdryer. A balcony with seating is available (DSU; Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child). Also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms (22-28 m²) on the land side feature the same amenities, plus a sofa and an electric kettle (DD2; Occupancy: 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults). Available with a side sea view for an additional charge (DMS; Occupancy: 2 adults, 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child).

Family Room

The family rooms (35-40 m²) on the land side are furnished with the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms. They consist of two rooms with a connecting door and feature a double bed as well as a twin bed or bunk bed (DF2; Occupancy: 3 adults, 3 adults + 2 children, 4 adults + 1 child, or 5 adults).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites, ranging between 35 and 42 m², are equipped with a double bed, centrally controlled air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, a furnished balcony, and feature a side sea view (AMS) (Occupancy: 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults). Also bookable without a sea view under TIAA11 (JS2).

Suite (TIAA11)

This comfortable and spacious suite in a simple, modern wooden design consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private walk-in dressing area, and an 18 m² bathroom with a shower and toiletries, as well as a balcony or terrace. The highlight of the suite is the hydromassage Jacuzzi for soothing relaxation. The room also includes a minibar (potentially for a fee), a safe, Smart TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and high-speed internet (approx. 60 m², S2).
