This 5-star hotel, belonging to the Portuguese "3HB Hotels" chain, was renovated in 2025 and offers a total of 91 apartments spread across 4 floors in 6 blocks with elevators. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, a lobby with seating areas, a luggage room, a convenience store, the buffet restaurant 'Falésia' (with terrace, overlooking the garden, swimming pool and Falesia beach, serving Mediterranean and international cuisine with options for children and vegetarians), Bar 'Falésia' (open 4 PM - 11 PM), an outdoor area with a garden, sun terrace, swimming pool (freshwater, open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM), a separate children's pool (freshwater, open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM), and a pool/snack bar (open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM during the summer season). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area.

Superior

The Superior Rooms are approximately 51 sqm and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (amenities), a separate bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds and a ceiling fan, a living/sleeping area with a single sofa bed, a dining table, air conditioning (living room), telephone, satellite TV (LCD TV), Wi-Fi (included), a safe, and a balcony.
Also available as Superior Room with sea view for an additional charge.

Superior Suite

The Superior Suites, with the same amenities as the Superior Rooms, are approximately 56 sqm and feature a double sofa bed.

Premium Suite Sea View

The Premium Suites with sea view, with the same amenities as the Superior Rooms, are more spacious at approximately 63 sqm and feature a double sofa bed and sea view.
