The Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort is located in an attractive, quiet area between Alvor and Portimao. The long, fine sandy beach "Três Irmãos" at Praia do Alvor is approx. 650 m away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The "Ria do Alvor" nature reserve, which provides a habitat for a variety of birds, can also be reached in a short time. The city center of Alvor with its restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment options is approx. 1.8 km away. It is about 3 km to Portimao. Faro international airport is approx. 75 km away.

Designed by Ileana Rosendo Franca in a modular style, the luxury hotel was built on a spacious 12-hectare plot and is based on a sophisticated 5-star all-inclusive concept. Eco-friendly electric vehicles drive through the extensive grounds. The 491 light-flooded rooms are spread across 13 two-story buildings within the beautifully landscaped resort, where sustainable construction using wood, steel, and glass meets environmental protection standards. The interplay of color accents gives the modernity a playful lightness. 5 chic, heatable freshwater outdoor pools (up to 26ºC, one for adults only and one for children only) allow every guest to find their personal spot (parasols, sun loungers, and towels included at the pool). The 3 restaurants offer a selection of international cuisine (dinner by reservation only), including sushi (buffet restaurant "Essenze" & "Mad Med" - seasonally open, reservation required), Italian specialties (à-la-carte restaurant "Carosello" for dinner only, reservation required), and grilled dishes (à-la-carte restaurant "Roastic" for dinner only, reservation required). In addition, there are 2 bars available to hotel guests: the main/snack bar "Salty" (seasonally open from 10 am - 10 pm) and the bar "Shore!" (seasonally open from 10 am - 11 pm).

Deluxe Double Room

The luxuriously furnished, purist-style Deluxe Double Rooms are approx. 26 m², located on the ground floor or first floor (access via stairs), and feature a double bed or two single beds (twin), bathroom with a walk-in, floor-level shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, LCD TV, telephone, safe (included), air conditioning/heating (seasonal), Wi-Fi (included), minibar (mineral water included), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, a sofa bed (1.80 m x 0.90 m), and a furnished balcony or terrace, each overlooking the resort's green spaces (DD2). Also available as a Deluxe Double Room for single use (DD1).

Family Room

The Family Rooms feature the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms but offer additional coffee and tea making facilities, an espresso machine, iron and ironing board (on request), and a seating area (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms are approx. 30 m², located on the ground floor or first floor (access via stairs), and feature the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms. This room has two sleeping areas: one with two single beds, the other with a double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub (2DF).

Premium Family Room

The Premium Family Rooms are approx. 55 m² and feature the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door (PF2). Premium service includes a separate check-in and a private lounge with drinks and snacks. A separate breakfast area is available in the restaurant. Adults receive a free 30-minute massage for stays of 7 nights or longer (PF2).

Breakfast from 7:30 am - 11 am, lunch from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm - 10 pm, each in buffet style at the "Essenze" buffet restaurant. Snacks are available during the day from 12 pm - 5:30 pm at "Cook out by roastic", as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with meals and at the currently open bars from 10:30 am - 12 am. The Brazilian restaurant "Mad Med" is open during high season. The steakhouse "Roast" and the Italian restaurant "Carosello" are open for dinner only. Reservation is mandatory.
