Wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of Praia da Luz, with a view of the bay, the property overlooks approx. 5 hectares of land with mature trees, orange groves, organic vegetable farming, an on-site spring and a small pond, as well as extensive lawns. The center is approx. 1.2 km away and the beach is around 1.3 km away. Lagos is approx. 5 km away and Faro Airport is approx. 87 km away.

This 19th-century former country estate, under German-Portuguese management, has been completely restored and converted into a small 5-star design hotel with 15 rooms. Amenities include a reception (staffed daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.), a large panoramic viewing terrace, breakfast room, wine cellar, a small meeting room, lounge/TV room, and a 10m x 10m outdoor swimming pool. You can find relaxation and balance in the heated 15m x 7m indoor pool and the small wellness center with sauna. Sun loungers with cushions and parasols are included at the pool.

Double room

The double rooms are individually designed and feature first-class living comfort in a modern design. Amenities include bath or shower/WC (including bathrobe and hairdryer), air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and balcony or terrace. Note: Some rooms have open-plan bathrooms, without a door and with a panoramic glass wall facing the sleeping area.

Double room Superior

The Double room Superior has the same facilities as the double rooms, but features a separate shower and bathtub as well as a terrace.

Double room Deluxe

The Double room Deluxe is equipped like the Double room Superior, is located on the 2nd floor, and is somewhat more spacious with a size of 55sqm.

Breakfast à la carte. With half board, dinner is additionally served buffet-style or as a set menu (depending on occupancy).
From winter 24/25, dinner will be served exclusively as a set menu.

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO):
From Faro Airport, follow the signs for N125/Portimão/A22. Take the A22 motorway towards Portimão/Lagos and take the exit for Lagos/Vila do Bispo. Follow the exit until you reach the roundabout. Turn right here towards Vila do Bispo/Sagres (you are now on the N125).
Take the first exit to Luz on the left. After approx. 2 km, you will find the Design Landhotel Vila Valverde on the right-hand side.
