Located in the center of Praia da Rocha, separated from the long sandy beach only by a coastal road. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and good shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Portimão is approx. 2 km away; a public bus stop is approx. 20 m away.

The recently renovated 4-star hotel features decor inspired by the ocean, with each floor representing a different depth of the sea. It has a total of 183 rooms and suites, some with a view of the sea (for a fee). Features include a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi and internet corner, luggage storage, buffet restaurant with show cooking, bar with nightly live music (3x per week), 4 meeting rooms, and 24-hour room service for snacks and drinks. The double rooms Superior lateral sea view have the same facilities as the double rooms, but with a private furnished balcony (table and chairs) and a lateral sea view (D2S).
