Location

The Vila Galé Ericeira hotel features 202 rooms and is located in the "World Surfing Reserve" of Ericeira, situated on a cliff overlooking the sea with a magnificent panoramic view. The small town, whose center is within walking distance, impresses with its historic center featuring narrow alleys, cafes, typical Portuguese restaurants, and surf shops. A sandy beach is approximately 200 meters away, Sintra is about a 15-minute drive, and Lisbon is only approx. 30 minutes away by car.

The 4-star hotel of the well-known Vila Galé hotel group is presented in a traditional style and has a total of 202 rooms. Facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, event and conference rooms, the "Versátil" restaurant, and the "Pirata" bar.
The outdoor area features a garden, a seasonal pool bar (open approx. from June 15 to Sept 15), a sun terrace, two swimming pools (one with saltwater, one with freshwater), and a children's pool (freshwater). Sun loungers and parasols are available to hotel guests at the pool area free of charge, but at the beach for a fee (offered by third-party providers).

The Classic Rooms are similar in size and amenities to the double rooms, but feature a city view and can be occupied by at least 3 full-paying guests (CC2). Also bookable as a Classic Room with a sea view or side sea view (CMZ) and with a sea view or side sea view and balcony (CB2).

Arrival by car

Exit the airport area on Av. Berlim and head west. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit to stay on Av. Berlim, and after approximately 270m, turn left onto Av. Cidade do Porto. After another 110m, take the ramp towards A1 Norte/A8 Oeste/A12 Sul, and after 350m, merge onto the A8 and A21 towards N116. In Ericeira...
After approximately 42.6 km, merge onto the E1, and after approx. 1.8 km at exit 14 to IC17/CRIL, head towards A8 Oeste. After approx. 1 km, merge onto the A36/IC17, then after another 2.8 km, take the exit A8 towards Leiria/Loures. After approximately 950m, keep left and follow the signs towards Cavaleiros. After approx. 700m, keep left.
Keep left at the fork and continue on the A8. After approximately 14.1 km, take the exit towards A21, and after approx. 850m, continue onto the A21. Travel for approximately 20.5 km, then follow the N116 and take the N247 to R. das Furnas. After approx. 4 minutes, take the fourth exit at the roundabout (N116), and after another 950m, turn left onto R. dos Bombeiros Voluntários/N247. Continue on N247, and after approximately 450m, turn right onto R. Eduardo Henriques Pereira. After approx. 180m, turn slightly left onto Praça dos Navegantes and continue for 160m until you reach R. das Furnas. After approximately 81m, you will find the Vila Galé Ericeira hotel.
