Designed with traditional Madeiran construction and modern architecture, the hotel opened its doors at the beginning of October 2024. The new and bright facilities include 366 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, 3 swimming pools (including one children's pool and one relaxation pool) as well as a natural swimming pool, various restaurants, pool bars, a sports bar, a lobby bar, a cafeteria, and an ice cream parlor.

The double rooms (approx. 29 m²) are elegant and modern. Apartment Marina View (FNCA87)

The Apartments Marina View (approx. 59 m²) feature a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, sink, and refrigerator, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), electric kettle, and a furnished balcony with views of the marina (2AM/APM/3AM/1AM).

Family room Preferred Club

The Family rooms Preferred Club 2 bedrooms with resort view (approx. 87 m²) have two separate bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and a bathroom with shower. In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed and a television with a PlayStation, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), electric kettle, and a furnished balcony with a garden view (FAB).

The spacious Preferred Club Suites (approx. 45 m²) offer plenty of space as these rooms extend over two floors.
