Location

The 5-star luxury hotel The Vine is located in the historic part of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The old town can be reached easily on foot in approx. 10 minutes. The beach "Barreirinha" is just under 1 km from the hotel. The distance to the international airport is approx. 20 km.

The hotel is located in the upscale shopping center "Plaza Madeira" and has 79 rooms on floors 2 to 5. Further facilities include a reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi (15 MB included), bar, and café-bar. On the rooftop terrace with overwhelming views of the city, the sea, and the mountains, there is a pool with a cocktail bar (sunshades, loungers, cushions, and bath towels free of charge) and access to the panoramic restaurant "UVA" serving international cuisine and local Madeiran produce.

Superior Double Room

The design of the Superior Double Rooms (approx. 30 sqm), decorated in dark red and earthy tones, also reflects the theme of viticulture. Equipped with a bathroom (glass partition), toilet, "Cascade" designer washbasin, separate experience shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, vanity mirror, king-size double bed (200 x 200 cm), luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, seating area, telephone, Wi-Fi (15 MB included), electronic safe (with charging socket, free of charge), 32" HD flat-screen TV with cable TV and music channels, minibar (for a fee), electric kettle (on request), and air conditioning (individually adjustable), these rooms are in a prime location (DSU).

Prestige Double Room

The Prestige Double Rooms, at approx. 37 sqm, are slightly larger than the Superior Double Rooms, with otherwise identical amenities (2P).

Grand Deluxe Double Room

The Grand Deluxe Double Rooms are approx. 45 sqm and have the same amenities as the Prestige Double Rooms, feature a king-size double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a balcony. Also available as a Grand Deluxe Double Room for single use (GD).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are significantly more spacious than the Grand Deluxe Double Rooms at approx. 55 sqm and are additionally equipped with a freestanding bathtub. Some rooms have a French balcony (JS2).
