Located in the holiday area of Funchal, on the "Estrada Monumental". The Lido is about a 5-minute walk away, and Funchal city center with its restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options is approximately 2 km away. There is a public bus connection.

The comfortably furnished 4-star hotel comprises a total of 134 rooms spread across 11 floors. It features a reception hall with a reception desk, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (extra charge), a snack bar, a TV room, and a hairdresser. The well-maintained garden area includes two freshwater pools, one of which is heated year-round, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included by the pool area.

Suite Superior Sea View

The Superior Suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with a larger living area and sea view (UM2). Also available as a Superior Suite for single occupancy (UM1).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM in the 'Seventy' restaurant), lunch (1 PM - 3 PM) by the pool area or at 'First' bar, and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM in the 'Seventy' restaurant) are served buffet style. Show cooking and BBQ by the pool at lunchtime (weather permitting), snacks, sandwiches, cakes, and ice cream are available in the morning from 11 AM to 12 PM and in the afternoon from 4 PM to 6 PM at the pool bar or 'First' bar. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (served by the glass), such as mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, cocktails, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy, liqueurs, and Portuguese wine (white, red, and rosé) are available from 11 AM to 11 PM. Depending on occupancy, lunch may be served as a set menu.
