The Hotel Vila Baleira Funchal is very centrally located, just about 100 m from the "Lido". Shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. It is approx. 2.5 km to the city center and the old town of Funchal. Regular public buses run in front of the hotel.
