Location

The Pestana Ocean Bay All Inclusive Resort is located in a beautiful bay of Praia Famosa, with a fantastic view of the cliffs of Camara de Lobos. The pebble beach is separated only by the promenade. Funchal, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as bars and restaurants, is about 5 km away. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the city center (according to the weekly schedule). A public bus stop is nearby. Funchal International Airport is about 25 km away.

The 4-star hotel, part of the renowned Pestana hotel chain, was renovated in 2025 and has a total of 223 modern rooms spread across 9 floors. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, a lobby with seating areas, a hotel safe, elevators, conference/banquet rooms, a library, a restaurant (regional and international cuisine), a bar, an outdoor area with a garden, a sun terrace, a freshwater swimming pool, an integrated children's paddling pool, and an outdoor whirlpool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area.

The Double Superior Sea View rooms are approximately 31 sqm and, with the same amenities as the Double Sea View rooms, are located on an upper floor (DMU). Also available as a Superior Sea View Studio for single occupancy (DME).

Double Premium Sea View

The Premium Sea View Studios are approximately 31 sqm and, in addition to the amenities of the Double Sea View rooms, feature air conditioning (2PM).
