The unique Pestana Miramar Garden & Ocean Hotel, located near the island's capital Funchal (approx. 1.5 km away), is integrated into a beautiful 5,000 m² garden area. Madeira's international airport is only about a 25-minute drive away.

The hotel is integrated into a pre-existing manor house, built in 1924 and completely restored. It is unique due to the preservation of the old building with its balconies, balustrades, and winding gabled roofs, lending a pleasant touch of nostalgia to the modern hotel. The complex, consisting of the Pestana Miramar Garden & Ocean and the Pestana Village Garden Hotel (FNC199), together offers a lovely large garden, a total of 2 pools with an integrated children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas are available), 1 indoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness room, sauna, steam bath, and 1 games room. Further amenities include 1 main buffet restaurant, a burger restaurant, 2 bars (Pestana Village), and 2 à la carte restaurants as well as 2 cocktail bars (Pestana Miramar). A spacious winter garden, which forms the center of the hotel and offers guests an opportunity for relaxation, is situated amidst a wonderful Madeiran backdrop.

Studio Superior Miramar

The Superior Miramar Studios are approx. 32 m² in size, located on the lower floors (basement or ground floor) and feature a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, a double bed or two single beds, kitchenette (with mini-fridge, pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses), cable TV (LCD), telephone, safety deposit box (rental), air conditioning, carpeted floors, double-glazed windows, and a furnished terrace or furnished balcony with pool or garden view (US2). Also bookable as a Superior Miramar Studio for single occupancy (US1).
(Additionally bookable under FNCA15 with US2, for single occupancy US1, at special prices RW2).

Family Room Superior Miramar

The Superior Family Rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Miramar Studios, but feature a bedroom, separate living room (partially only visually separated), a kitchenette, balcony, and pool/or garden view (F2U).
(Additionally bookable under FNCA15 with F2U, at special prices Z2F).

Suite (FNCA15)

The Miramar Suites are approx. 76m² in size and feature a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. They combine modern and classic elements, creating a unique atmosphere. The living room is equipped with an LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, kettle, safe, telephone, minibar, and air conditioning, as well as a balcony/terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and toiletries. (S2/S2Z).
