Location

The Chapelaria Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, in one of Funchal's most charming and historic districts. Rua de Santa Maria, with its brightly painted doors, is right on the doorstep. A wide variety of shops, bars, and traditional restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the small boutique hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, serving as an oasis of calm amidst the busy life of the Old Town. It is approximately 350m to Funchal harbor. Funchal airport is approximately 18 km away.

Seasonal information

Every year, the famous FLOWER FESTIVAL takes place in Madeira - the "Festa da Flor". Marvel at the elaborately decorated floats and let yourself be carried away by the joy of life.
