Location

The Hotel Aqua Natura Madeira is located in the picturesque fishing village of Porto Moniz, which is famous for its natural seawater swimming pools. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Many hiking trails and exciting coastseeing excursions also start from Porto Moniz. The island capital, Funchal, is approx. 45 km away, and the nearest levada can be reached in a 5-minute drive.

This 4-star hotel has a total of only 25 rooms, spread over 3 floors (lift available), all of which face the sea and the natural lava rock swimming pools. Further amenities of the complex include a reception area with 24-hour service, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), two restaurants (1x "Sea View Rooftop" with Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, for a fee), a bar/snack bar, and a small outdoor area with a sun terrace. The seawater swimming pools can be used free of charge.
