Location

Quietly located amidst a pine forest. It is only approx. 200 m to the sea with crystal-clear, turquoise shimmering water. You can reach the nearest beach (Ses Platgetes) after about 950 m. The picturesque fishing village of Es Calo is about 900 m away. There is a supermarket, as well as shops and bars near the apartment complex.

Additional information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
