This adults-only lifestyle hotel, freshly renovated in 2025, offers 181 elegant and stylish rooms, impressing guests with its modern design and unique atmosphere. An elegant and stylish lobby with a 24-hour reception welcomes guests, and four lifts are available. The heart of the resort is the spectacular infinity pool with sea views, featuring comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and stylish Bali beds (for a fee). Culinary variety is provided by several à la carte restaurants, including the Japanese "Minami Japanese Restaurant," the luxurious "Oyster & Caviar Bar," the stylish "Hells Kitchen," and "The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza" with Mediterranean specialties directly on the beach, as well as "StreetXO Ibiza." Reservations are required for the restaurants, and the appropriate dress code must be observed. For drinks and relaxed moments, there is the "Antïdote Recharge Station" and the rooftop bar "Up Ibiza Sky Society" with spectacular views. Anything Can Happen Suite

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
