Directly on the inland lake Lago Esperanza, which extends via canals to the sea. The long, fine sandy beach of Alcudia is one of the most popular beaches in Mallorca and is only about 100 m away. The center with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants is in the immediate vicinity.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20 – 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
The tax is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.
In the low season (Nov 1st – Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
