Location

The hotel is located in the marina of Alcudia, right by the sea with direct access to the beach. The nearest towns to the hotel are: Alcudia (3 km), Pto Alcudia (200 m), and Sa Pobla (16 km). Bars/restaurants, supermarkets, the city center, and a bus stop are located in the vicinity of the hotel.

Facilities

The Alcudiamar Marina Residence has 106 rooms spread over 2 floors. For your convenience, the hotel has an elevator, air conditioning, a lounge, a lobby, and a reception. The hotel has a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool. Parasols and sun loungers are available for you at the beach for a fee and free of charge at the pool. For vehicles, the hotel has a parking lot (for a fee).
The restaurant spoils our guests with local, seasonal dishes, and the day can end comfortably at the hotel bar.

Double room

These are equipped with a telephone, internet connection (for a fee), TV (German channels), safe, minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, adjustable air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Double room = Single room

With the same features as the double room, for single occupancy (DE).

Suite Sea view

These have the same features and additionally offer a separate massage shower, a bathtub with hydromassage, a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person), and a kitchenette with a microwave and a side/direct sea view (S2M).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the off-season (Nov 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
