Located on the shores of Lake Esperanza. You can reach the extensive Alcúdia beach after about 300 m. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment options is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located approx. 100 m from the hotel.

This VIVA chain family hotel consists of a main building and an apartment building, offering 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with 24-hour reception, the "Caprice" buffet restaurant, the "Babalu" lounge bar, and the "El Patio" à la carte restaurant. In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a pool landscape redesigned in winter 25/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (totaling approx. 2000 m²). It features a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. At the "La Palapa" pool bar with a terrace, where the evening show program also takes place, you can enjoy cool drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20 - 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 - Apr 30), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
