Location

In a quiet location in Arenal, surrounded by woods. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the marina are approx. 500 m away. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are nearby.

Facilities

The hotel, extensively renovated for Summer 2025, offers 186 rooms on 5 floors, a bright lobby, comfortable lounge areas with seating, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with an outdoor terrace. The outdoor area features a beautiful pool with an integrated whirlpool and a sun terrace facing south with loungers and umbrellas, offering views of the forest, as well as a bar with a terrace.

The modernly designed double rooms are equipped with bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, safe (rental fee), TV, and a balcony (room code: D).
Available at a surcharge with pool view (PD) or for single occupancy (DE).

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller, with a single bed and no balcony (E).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the tour registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
